The Spring Surfest Las Américas Pro is ready. With just two weeks to go before the competition kicks off, 50% of the registrations have already been filled, and the municipality of Arona is ready to host national and international riders who will surf the Spanish Left from November 22 to December 8.
The Las Américas Surf Pro Eurocup will be one of the main attractions of the festival, with a prize money of €25,000, and it will be the final event of both the Liga Surfing.es and the Liga Iberdrola. The championship, taking place from November 22 to 28, will crown the national surf champions and feature some of the top talents in the national scene. Nadia Erostarbe, who competed in the 2024 Olympics, and Yago Domínguez were the winners of the last edition.
For the third consecutive year, the Euromaster will bring together the best surfers over 35, competing for the title of European Champion in the +35 category. From December 2 to 6, Cantabrian Dani García, fourth in the 2024 World Master Championship, and Carla Henríquez will defend their titles from the previous edition of the event. As in previous years, the +40 and +50 categories will also be present.
Additionally, the Spring Surfest Las Américas Pro recently announced the arrival of two new main sponsors. The famous outdoor clothing brand Blue Banana, known for its designs and content pieces, is joining Europe’s top surf festival for the first time, after years of association with surfing, sports, and nature.
Similarly, the Portuguese company Surfactory is joining the event. This renowned corporate group specializes in the manufacturing of surfboards. Founded by Vitor “Spottt” Fernandes and Marco Miguel, it operates across all sectors of the surf industry in Europe, including production, retail, promotion, distribution, and marketing.
